The
factory was built and set into operation in 1971. In 2004
the control stock of the enterprise was acquired by the
Cheese Club Corporation.
Production of full cream milk powder is the
basic direction of enterprise activities. By the results
of 2003 the enterprise took second place in rating of producers
of full cream milk powder in Ukraine (19% of total production
volume).
The factory was reconstructed in 2001 which gave an opportunity
to introduce additional facilities for production of dry
milk.
Presently the enterprise has facilities for production of
full cream milk powder in the amount of 25 tons per day
and skimmed milk powder in the amount of 8 tons per day,
or processing of 265 tons of raw milk per day.
Basic technological equipment set at the enterprise was
produced in Germany and Slovakia. The factory provides itself
with the steam of its own boiler department. Its own transformer
substations supply the enterprise with electricity.
Five artesian wells provide the production with drinking-water.
The factory owns an autopark of cargo milk tankers. The
amount of working staff makes 220 persons.
